Greeley is in Colorado, in the Mountain West, where the high elevation brings cold snowy winters, warm dry summers and big day-to-night temperature swings; ski and summer tourist seasons shape opening hours in resort towns. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Greeley follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would! Called the store in the morning to ask for the dumblings squishies was told to call back around noon. Called at noon was told they were out already! Rush to the store they had them out the cashier was very sweet but then another lady comes to the front am guessing she’s the manager of the store saying the price was wrong so I couldn’t purchase one. She goes to the back all mad at the cashier lady for having all the squishes out. I told the cashier I could wait until she gets the “right price” on them. She goes to the back to talk to the other lady was there for a while comes back saying she can’t sell them because their “system was down”. She didn’t know what else to make up and didn’t want to sell them. Am guessing she has customers she knows that she is probably holding them for! So happy my kids weren’t with me or they would have been so upset for finally finding some because they sell out everywhere and then this lady is holding them for herself or someone she knows

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a negative experience from start to finish at this store. The employees were unkind and unhelpful, and their return policy is absolutely ridiculous. They refuse to refund or exchange anything without a receipt. They had some lame excuse about “how do I know you didn’t use a coupon?” How about trusting the customer? I even showed them my bank statement proving the exact amount I paid at their store, and their response was, “Well, that’s nowhere close to a receipt.” That’s an unacceptable answer in today’s world. Many modern retail systems can process returns by looking up purchases using the card they were made with—this store clearly refuses to keep up. I would not shop here again under any circumstances. The owner of this store should be embarrassed by how customers are treated. I know the Hall family would be! Save yourself the frustration and go shop at Warm Hugs in Greeley instead. They are kind, helpful, and carry the same—if not better—items than any Hallmark store.

I have shopped at Lolly's for years. I have purchased the annual plush snowmen for at least 20 years from Lolly's. My husband often buys my Christmas gift from Lolly's. This year he purchased a Willow Tree figurine. He inadvertently bought one I already had. I took it back in last Saturday to exchange it. When I approached the counter I told the woman working my husband had purchased one I already had. She simply responded, "receipt?". I told her it was a gift I did not have the receipt. She said the best she could do was offer 40% off as they had a promotional coupon offer in the past. I explained he did use our telephone number for Gold Crowne member points. I asked if she could look it up. She told me they cannot access that information in the store. She was very rude and seemed to be accusitory. I really just wanted to exchange it. We will be shopping at the Centerra Hallmark store from now on. The figurine was only valued at $30.

I love this store, once inside you will loose hours. There is so many cool things to look at. Just when you thought you looked at everything you suddenly see another shelf. Go see for yourself and the employees are there if you need anything.

I walked in looking for a birthday card. I walked out with more than just a card. I realized that they have so many great gift ideas that I plan on going back - for me - and friends & family. The ladies are very nice and welcoming. The prices were so much lower than I expected. This will be a regular shopping location for me. If you go, I believe you'll agree!!
